I have a Question which I just can't wrap my head around...How many here uninvited & unknown to Landowner travel through a Gate that is closed with a rope & lock on chain around it but Not locked?? Just wondering seems kind of a Stupid thing to do as it just happen to me. Yet this guy seems to know everyone who lives here in LOA
Fortunately, most landowners in the LFLOA respect each others privacy and recognize that even a minimal barrier across a driveway means "do not enter". Sorry to hear you had an intrusion.
We are purchasing land in the Last Frontier Subdivision and found this forum via a google search. Is the LOA still active and meeting? We are interested in keeping up-to-date and learning about the subdivision/area and being good neighbors :)
Does anyone have a phone number or address or a name for the Last Frontier Landowners Association?? I have been trying to find someone to find out about my land.
The mailing address is still the same: LFLOA HC61 Box 1539 Datil, NM 87821
I didn't make it to the May meeting this year, but last I knew Stephen Phillips was the LOA president. I have an email address for him (I'm not sure if it's still current or not). Please email me at cowania@gmail.com and I will share it with you.

Glad to welcome new neighbors. Your best bet for current information is to contact the LFLOA Secretary at the mailing address below.
